Important notice

Key West Reef Snorkeling is an independent guide and an affiliate of Viator and GetYourGuide; our hotel links run through Stay22 to hotel booking sites. We help you compare snorkeling trips from Key West, but we do not sell tickets, take payments or operate any boat or tour. Every trip is run by an independent operator.

By using this site you agree to these terms. When you book, you also agree to the terms of the booking platform you book with and of the operator that runs your trip.

Bookings and payment

  • Trips are booked and paid for on Viator or GetYourGuide, and hotel rooms on the hotel booking site you are sent to. That platform issues your confirmation and voucher.
  • Viator’s terms and conditions apply to Viator bookings, and GetYourGuide’s general terms and conditions apply to GetYourGuide bookings.
  • Prices on this site were checked on the date each page states and can change. The price shown on the booking platform at checkout is the one that applies.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation terms are set per listing. Many trips on this site can be cancelled free up to 24 hours before departure, but some are final sale or follow the operator’s own policy. Check the terms on the listing before you book.

To cancel or change a booking, contact the platform you booked with, using the details in your confirmation email. We cannot cancel, change or refund bookings.

Weather and operator decisions

The operator, not this website, decides whether a trip sails and where it goes. Captains choose the snorkel site on the day by weather and sea conditions, and operators may cancel, reschedule or change a trip for weather, safety or mechanical reasons. Refunds and rescheduling follow the operator’s and the platform’s policies. Marine life sightings and water clarity are never guaranteed.

Operator responsibility

The operator is responsible for running the trip safely and as described, for its boat, crew and equipment, for its swimming, age and health rules, and for handling any problem during the trip. Follow the crew’s safety briefing and instructions at all times. Snorkeling is a physical activity in open water, and you take part at your own risk.

Accuracy and liability

We work to keep prices, times, departure points and other facts accurate, and we say when we checked them, but listings and rules change and we cannot guarantee that every detail is current. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for:

  • the quality, safety or conduct of any trip, operator or hotel;
  • injury, loss or damage during a trip or stay;
  • cancellations, delays or changes made by operators or platforms;
  • disputes between you and an operator, platform or hotel.

Intellectual property

The text on this site is ours. Tour photos, names, logos and descriptions belong to the operators and platforms that publish them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
