What we can help with

What we cannot help with
We do not sell trips, take payments or run any boat, so we cannot see, change or cancel a booking, and we cannot answer questions about a specific reservation. For those, contact the right company directly:
- Booked on Viator or GetYourGuide: use the contact details in your booking confirmation email, or the help pages of the platform you booked with. They handle changes, cancellations and refunds.
- Questions about the trip itself, such as the check-in point, weather on the day, gear sizes, wetsuits or swimming rules: contact the operator named on your voucher.
- Hotel bookings made through our links: contact the hotel booking site you booked with.
